ZUZUZU Inc. was founded in June 2026. It began with a single question, shared by two founders devoted to soba and by creators who have spent their careers at the forefront of music and film: why has Japan's soba culture never been valued as it deserves?

We plan, produce, and direct the work of bringing soba culture to the world: music, film, events, and IP development. Rather than preserving tradition as it is, we cross it with creativity to raise the essence of soba into a contemporary form of expression.

The sound of slurping soba — “zuzuzu”. Long misread abroad as a breach of manners, we define it anew as a sound of Japanese pride. Not a company that runs restaurants, but one whose business is the culture itself: building a cycle in which makers are justly rewarded. That is the work of ZUZUZU.
